Law firm Dyankova & Stojchevska provides legal services to Bulgarian and foreign legal entities and individuals. The law office was founded in 1992 by lawyer Blagovest Dyankov in the city of Sofia. Over time, the team of specialists working in the law firm was progressively increased, thus expanding the spheres and territories of the activity. Currently, the law office employs 5 lawyers covering all legal sectors, 2 economists as well as numerous associates, licensed appraisers, engineers, financiers, forensic medical consultants and for 19 years we have been offering full legal services, subscription or incidental, to our clients. The lawyers themselves are fluent in Italian and English, the associates who work for us also have extensive international experience and are fluent in at least one Western language, including Italian, English, Russian, Spanish and French. Since 2012, our activity has been organized in the form of a company registered under the Law on Advocacy – a law firm, with the name Dyankova & Stojchevska, and since 2013, Italian and Spanish lawyers have joined the team.

Since 2015 Law firm Dyankova & Stojchevska has its own representative office in Malaga, Spain

Direct contact in the native language, knowledge of the legal framework of the relevant country of origin, as well as close specialization in multiple sectors of Bulgarian law, over time has established itself as the most fruitful model of working with the numerous foreign clients of the law firm. At the same time, many years of practice have enabled the specialists working at the law firm to gain extensive experience in a number of legal sectors, including: civil, commercial, administrative and criminal law, the resolution of judicial and extrajudicial disputes, evaluation, purchase and reorganization of commercial enterprises, overall legal service for the activities of commercial companies, non-profit associations, foundations and registered religious denominations, legal consulting of transactions, preparation of accompanying contracts and documentation
